Collinsworth Marketing is owned and operated by Caden Collinsworth in Tampa Bay, Florida ("we"). This policy covers this website and our marketing services. Our review-request software, Revon, has its own detailed policy inside the app; the key points are repeated here.
This site has no forms, no accounts, no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it only to reply to you.
When you become a client we collect your business contact details, the photos and videos you send us, and access you grant to your own social and advertising accounts. We use them only to run your marketing. Ad accounts stay in your name and on your card. We never sell client information.
Only the providers needed to deliver the service: our messaging provider (Twilio) and mobile carriers for texts, our hosting provider, the advertising and social platforms you ask us to work in, and authorities when the law requires it.
You can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing us, and we will respond within 30 days. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
